I'm looking for pointers into the best approach to meter the OI application. I am looking at things such as CPU and network use vs the basics of elapsed time. What dll's do you need to plug into to get at this low level info, and what's readily available?

Too many customers whining about "it's taking longer…." - I want to have empirical data so that I can convert "longer" into 3 more seconds than last time, as well as then extend the metering into a mechanism where the application can look after itself and send me an SMS to give me a heads up, before the customers comes calling for my head.
