Renew OI 10.xxx License with auth key (OpenInsight 64-bit)

I have an auth key to renew OI 10.XXX.
It seems in the past I click on the RevAuth Application in the OI Directory to do this - but when done something pops up quick and then goes away. Liniar hash and OE are both shut down when I do this.
what am I missing.

I don't think the RevAuth.exe program is valid for OI 10. You should use the Application Settings dialog and then click on the License Renewal button.

Hi Brian,
As Don says, most times you will want to use the license renewal within OI itself (much simpler). There will be occasions when this is not good - eg when license has long expired thus accessing the UI becomes a mission too hard. In such situations you can use RevAuth.exe but it has to be done at the 'DOS' command level - passing parameters for context, auth key etc. Much much nicer to proactively renew license via the UI before expiry.
Cheers Richard

If you click on the License Renewal button again doesn't it give you updated information?
You can also still use the Engine Info button from the engine.

Hi Richard - I don't see the expiration information in WHO, do you?
