Slow OI load (Copy) (None Specified)

StandAlone PC
I have OI running on drive E:
I copy the OI Dir to another drive (C:) to do some radical changes and testing.
The copied system takes 15 secs to load as apposed to 3sec.
The same if I copy it to another PC. (Say laptop)
Can anyone tell me why this happens and how I can fix it.

No it isnt (well I dont think so), why, what is your normal OI Load time.

Mine - with a local copy of OI - is 11 seconds. So I don't feel so very sorry for you.
But I envy you your 3 seconds on your "E" version.
Perhaps we should have a poll. Or a competition ("Mine is shorter than yours!").
