You can take your most used components and drag them up to the top of the Entity Type list in the Open Entity Window.

I used Ctrl-O, Ctrl-I, Ctrl-M to open Procedures, Inserts, and Windows respectively, but have moved Tables, Popups, Messages, reports, etc up to the top of the Entity Type list in my development and client systems.
