We have a customer with this problem with a MAPI call:

"Instead of firing up a new message window it fired up the Internet Connection Wizard. It worked once when a second Outlook profile was created - it presented a choice of profiles. However thereafter it hasn't fired up either the ICW or Outlook!"

Any MAPI experts out there?
