Prior to doing a full system deployment, did you do a scan_Rep and remove all orphans? Also have you done a LH_Verify?
The full system deployment process was a dubious piece of work (using RDK) prior to 4.13p. Most have separately prepared a master deployment system and created an application shell. Thereafter we would confidently use RDK to integrate Application update modules. Pending updates to RDK resolve pretty much all issues with RDK making full system deployment with this (RDK) tool viable.

Richard,
Scan_rep reports bunch of invalid entries, but none of them
belong to my application. As a matter of fact they all
belong to SYSPROG application and EXAPLES. I am not sure
what do have to do to get my deployment going since I am
new to OpenInsight.
What do I do with invalid entries?
Thank for your help

Invalid entries, orphans etc may possibly stuff up a RDK extract. Important to have a clean system before trying to do an extract.
So what do we do about these orphans etc. FIRST back up the OI Root directory (dont blame me if you dont and things go wrong . Then run RDK extract and let it remove all problems stuff. Afterwards make sure that you have recompiled the system index.
The orphans etc are debris from previous changes to the system that typically were not deleted in an upgrade.
