(1) Exactly which versions of OI were affected? Paul seems to say 4.1.2 is hit. In your response to Paul you seem to say 4.1.3 is OK, but now with the patch imply that it's not OK after all.

(2) Can the patch be applied to versions earlier than 4.1.3?

(3) Also it might be useful to know what the bugs are, or their consequences, to know if it's necessary to apply the patch, and to be ahead of possible problems at client sites.
