"Please note that other data sources such as Lotus Notes data and client/server data are not accessible in the runtime environment".

The author has confused the creation of new connections/datasets with accessing existing datasets.

This is obviously erroneous as in SKU 3452-5-310-1, the SDP is described as providing unlimited access for Notes/SQL and SDPs may only be applied to runtimes.
