Adding a relational index using the OI Add Relational Index window gave an error "Unable to open dictionary item NAME_XREF". I closed the debug widow that had opened but the modal messagebox saying "Creating new index" could not be closed. To get back into the app I had to use Windows Task Manager to end OI. Now the new index does not appear appear in the Maintain Indexes List for update or rmove. It does, however show up in the Add Relational Index screen when I enter the appropriate Index FROM table and column. the "Add button" is dimmed unless I toggle to a different Index FROM Column and then back to my original FROM Column. If I click the, now available, "Add" button it says "Index added successfully" but does not take anytime to build the index (the Immediate Build box is checked) and nothing has changed. How can I delete, repair or add this index?

Check that you do not have a Quickdex on the DICT for these tables.
