Is there another way to navigate pages in a muti-page form other than using the page number indicator and its spinner control? I find my muscle memory of using PageUp/PageDown keeps getting in my way. I am happy to retrain myself to another hotkey if one exists. Having to reach for the mouse to click on the spinner control is a little inconvenient.

I feel your pain. I was working on a form yesterday and though exactly the same thing, followed by "why haven't I implemented this yet?"

I'll try and get it sorted for the next release.
