I've been using the FORM_LANGUAGE_CFG form, for entering all translations, for some time now. There are a couple of annoying things that I feel could be (easily) fixed:

1) Tab controls are not listed. How can I translate them?

2) The size (width) of radio buttons can't be set in the form designer (!!!), thus if the translated text is longer then the original one, it is not fully displayed.

3) The FORM_LANGUAGE_CFG form can't be resized (only maximized).

4) When testing a form, the translation of its title is not displayed.

5) The translation of any balloon help text (for push buttons) is not displayed on testing. It always shows the original text.

(It might be handy having the source code for all this multilingual stuff, so we'd enhance and fix it for you…)

1. Tab controls will appear correctly in the 8.0.1 release

2. Duplicated - we'll see what we can do about this.

3. The Form-Language_Cfg will resize in the 8.0.1 release

4. The actual title will appear in Test Run mode as of release 8.0.1

5. Duplicated- investigating what we can do about this as well.

Thanks a lot for your answer. By the way, I'm sorry but I have some more bugs (?!) for you:

1) In the Menu Text section of FORM_LANGUAGE_CFG you can translate the menu options but not their corresponding Help Text (which usually displays in the status line).

2) Also in the Menu Text section, any accelerator key is separated from its option's text by a (sort of) ° character. Not easy to enter it.

3) If you have multiline text (with CRLFs) on any Control Text cell, how do you translate it?

4) Is there a way for merging/refreshing the Control Text and Menu Text lists if you make any changes to the originating form (i.e. you add a control or change its name, etc.)?

5) Let's say you have a hierarchical listbox on a form, is there a way for translating its Items?
