Hi all,

OI 10.2 O4W issue in IIS

Start.htm page http://localhost/o4w/start.htm - loads up fine.

Click the "Log In" and getting nothing but "Unable to process - incorrect version of OpenInsight (code 2)"

Running EngineServerDebug and this is the error it generates:

There is also an OIv9.4 installed and running on this server without issues.

OIv9.4 is confugured to run OECGI3.

Hi, Johan. That message is telling you (us) that you are using a D-license with less than 10 users. O4W requires a minimum 10 user license for D serial numbers.

Thanks Bryan,

That makes sense as the customer is currently running an evaluation version of OIv10. I was not sure if the evaluation placed restrictions on O4W or not, now I know. :(
