OIPI hanging during printing (OpenInsight 32-Bit)

Right clicking twice on OENGINE at the bottom of the screen unfreezes the system. I hate to ask the user to do that. Another user had reported the same problem. I have finally dupliated it. HELP

In your OI directory is OIPI.exe still there? If it is, delete it and make sure that OIPI32.exe is there.
Also, does your application have the START32 and STOP32 messages embedded correctly?
