Error upgrading from 4.01 to 4.02 - appdlg.dll (OpenInsight 32-Bit)

After doing a search on APPDLG.DLL, I learnt there was a patch published for 3.3
"This patch dll addresses issues concerning sporadic GPF's when running an application and closing the last window to exit the application, or when running an application and attempting to File Open the same running application from the Application Manager."
I also notice that when I test ran my app for the first time as a 32 bit app, I couldn't close the last window to exit the app - although no GPF was generated. It just ignored the click on the close box. Coincidence???

Dont bother with the route 4.01 to 4.02, just upgrade your OI 4.01 to 4.11 (which is what you want to do I presume unless runnin Reporter in Win98SE is critical).
The appdlg issue seems to be a need to re-instanciate the 32bit Dlls - just guessing?
