The original database manager (lb.exe) won't list indexed tables if there's an error arising from the LIST_INDEX command which it uses. To find out what's causing the problem run the LIST_INDEX command from the Exec line in the System Editor and you should see what the error actually is in the results window. Then you can fix it :)
